The Ubere website (uberebaby.com) is owned and operated by WES Global Pty Ltd (ABN 54 168 946 665) trading as Ubere. By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website you agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions. Ubere may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bounded by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

The products and services offered for sale by Ubere are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts. Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Ubere does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.

All goods and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 10% if delivered in Australia. The GST-inclusive price that appears on the site is the price you pay.

It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with a fraudulently obtained credit card. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.

Ubere aims to make online shopping as simple and as worry free as possible for our customers. SAFE SHOPPING

Uberebaby.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the latest industry standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card information under our control. CommWeb, Commonwealth Bank's secure payment system is used to process credit card payments.

Once Ubere has processed a transaction against a credit card number, we do not store your number, even against your order. That's why, when processing refunds; we need to contact you by phone in order to obtain your card details again.

 

WARRANTY POLICY

All electric breast pumps come with 12 months warranty, starting on the date of delivery.

When failing to perform as specified during the warranty period we will undertake to repair, or at our option, replace this product at no charge to its owner, provided the unit is returned undamaged and shipping prepaid, to an authorised service facility or to WES Global Pty Ltd.

This warranty shall be null and void, if the product is subjected to repair work or alteration by a person or facility other than those authorised by Ubere; mechanical damage; war, civil insurrection, misuse, abuse, operation with incorrect AC voltage, incorrect connections, wrong accessories, incorrect use of accessories, operation with faulty associated equipment, exposure to inclement weather conditions and normal wear and tear.

Units, on which the serial number has been removed or defaced, are not eligible for warranty service.

To repair an electric breast pump:

  1. Go to Contact Us to file a repair request. We shall revert with response within 1 business day.
  2. Once approval is received (via E-mail), return the electric breast pump to the address specified in the approval.

Note:

  • Return shipping costs will be incurred by the buyer.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Ubere provides a 30 day money back guarantee on electric breast pumps which is effected upon delivery of the goods.

Return Items You Ordered

You can return all items sold by Ubere.

To return an item you ordered:

  1. Go to Contact Us to file a returns request. We shall revert with response within 1 business day.
  2. Once approval is received (via E-mail), return the package to the address specified in the approval.

Note:

  • If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual for troubleshooting steps. If you need additional help with troubleshooting, warranty information, or need missing or replacement parts, E-mail info@uberebaby.com.
  • For orders where the return was the result of our error or DOA (Dead-on-Arrival) products, we shall reimburse you for the shipping costs after we receive it (if it's shipped using an economical method).
  • For items sold by UbereBaby.com, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return.

Items That Can't Be Returned

Before you return your item to Ubere, make sure that your item can be returned.

Ubere doesn't accept returns of the following items:

  • All items more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any electrical product:
    • missing the serial number; or,
    • serial number does not begin with WES
  • Gift cards (except as required by law)
  • Opened items

REFUNDS POLICY

When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, and how long you've had the item.

Requirements for a Full Refund

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • All items must be unopened

Note: Postage and handling fees will be deducted from your refund amount if your order was shipped for free.
